ESSENTIAL WHOLE BODY WELLNESS

A passion project to inspire a simple approach to healthy living based on

movement, mindfulness, and plant-based nutrition.

Our bodies are our own personal essential workers. The Essential Wellness Project invites you to experience stress relief through guided meditation, physical movement and nutrient-dense plant-based nutrition. Recommit to a fitness routine, start a meditation practice, or try a few new plant-based recipes this year. Mini retreats available throughout the year in the Sonoma Valley to help you get started or pause and reset whenever you need.
