Founder and Owner

Jen Bakane has spent most of her career as a dance teacher and arts administrator for ballet companies and schools in North Carolina, Colorado, and California and has a masters degree in Arts Management from the University of Denver. She is an avid holistic health enthusiast and committed to the physical and mental health benefits of an active lifestyle.

As a former professional dancer and NFL cheerleader (Go Raiders), the benefits of an anti-inflammatory plant based diet were hard to ignore, and Jen continues to share her plant-based recipes and wellness juices. Jen honors the mind body connection as a Holistic Health Practitioner, Meditation Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Barre Instructor, and RYT​ Yoga Instructor.
