The perfect plant based version of your favorite fajita recipe.
Saute the following ingredients:
Crushed Red Pepper
Fill Tortillas with fajita mix and add rice, salsa, and guacamole (store bought or make your own -guacamole recipe below)
Mix Avocado, Diced Red Onion, Garlic, Diced Tomato, Diced Jalapeño, Cilantro, Lemon Juice, Salt and Pepper
I don't include measurements or amounts for any of my recipes, because there is no right or wrong...only what tastes good to you! So add spices, taste, and add some more until it is just right. Add veggies that you love and leave out the ones you don't to make this recipe yours!
