Essential Wellness Project Mini Retreat - A MENTAL HEALTH BREAK - May 5th

We come together as a wellness community to pause for a moment of compassion, inspiration, and generosity. Reset your physical and mental fitness while raising your vibrational force. You’ll be greeted with a detoxifying fresh made organic wellness juice, then strengthen your physical body with an energizing sweat sesh, followed by downregulating modalities to reduce stress and build resilience.  We'll wrap our time together with plant-based bites and bevvies, and relaxation stations with picturesque Glen Ellen views. 


The theme of this retreat is all about taking a MENTAL HEALTH BREAK with a guided mindfulness hike, yoga, and meditation. 10% of the registration fee will be donated to a local mental health organization in honor of Mental Health Awareness month. 


The Schedule: 

10am: Check In | Wellness Juices | Welcome Circle

10:15am: Guided Mindful Hike with Shundo David Haye

11:30am: Outdoor Yoga, Meditation, and Sound Healing with Jen Bakane

12:30pm: Enjoy plant-based bevvies & bites, and conversation or one of the relaxation stations


What to Bring: 

A yoga mat, Yoga/Workout Clothes, Hat, Sunglasses, Sunscreen, Sneakers, Towel, Water Bottle, Light Snack, and an Open Mind!!
