It's not even two weeks after the final game, and I'm already mourning the end of football season!!! I love football and all of the football food that goes with it...literally anything with buffalo sauce. BUT!!! One of my favorite things to do is makeover recipes into healthier plant based versions. SO here goes my first recipe share for buffalo tofu salad.
Romaine lettuce
Carrots
Celery
Heart of palm Pepitas
Tofu (cut into cubes, bake on 350 for 20 minutes, them broil for 10 minutes)
Wing Time buffalo sauce
Cilantro Lime Dressing (cilantro, lime, olive oil, plain almond yogurt, garlic, salt and pepper)
